A Moving Tale

For those who've noticed things have been a little more chaotic than usual at RBD headquarters, there's a good reason. In October, I was presented with a fantastic opportunity to purchase a house in Oregon. For those of you who've gone through this process, you know that nothing's a certainty until the keys are handed over, so I've spent the last few months going from holding my breath and preparing to move, to moving, and then finally resettling.

It's been a tremendous adventure, but the dream of leaving my 450 square foot shoebox in California for a three bedroom house in picturesque Oregon wine country was intense motivation. With room for a dedicated office, I'm in a much better working and living situation.

Of course my primary concern amidst the chaos was that this move wouldn't dramatically effect RBD subscribers. In most cases I succeeded, but there were occasional communication breakdowns and a couple missed deadlines (primarily a delay in the release of the RBD Volume Two CD), so I apologize for anyone unduly affected. Please understand that this was a one-time event and things will return to normal shortly. This move was sudden and unplanned, but I just couldn't resist this unique opportunity.

Note that the mailing address of RBD has changed to PO Box 872, Lafayette, OR 97127. Please send any written correspondence to that address. Of course the website and email addresses have not changed.
