The first version of Xojo with 64-bit support recently shipped! Xojo 2015 Release 1 now creates iOS builds as a "Universal Binary," which contains both the 32-bit and 64-bit builds of your app. This is required by Apple in order to submit apps to the App Store. In fact, I submitted to the App Store a 64-bit version of the TipCalculator example project included with Xojo. You can download it from here:
I know many people are working on iOS apps using Xojo and several have already been submitted to the App Store. Look for more updates to Xojo's iOS support in 2015.
