I never thought I'd see the day, but we have our first submitted tip! That's, of course, not counting our editor's tip in the very first Tips & Tricks column. And I nearly missed it because I had pretty much stopped looking at the Tips & Tricks mailbox.

Xojo users are obviously shy people. At least that's my explanation, but feel free to correct me on that one. And while you compose your protest note, feel free to add a tip or two to your letter (advice and cash are both appreciated in equal measure).

Tip 1: Navigating the Xojo IDE (by Gavin Smith)

If you have lots of Navigator items expanded (windows and their controls and their events and so on) here's a quick way to collapse everything and regain your focus on the top-level items: simply click the Hide button that appears when you hover over the Contents header. The same button now says Show: click it and the Navigator will be collapsed.
